Service of Mr Shubham is very nice & professional. Excellent service & good behavior with customers. Being a solo Lady traveller, he provided essential kit required for daily use. Hotel is at prime location with good amenities. Prompt service & ready to help.

Rooms: spacious, well designed, wall-to-wall carpets, big picture window. Amenities: tea/coffee service, mini fridge, branded handwash, etc. in the bathroom. Location: central, with easily available public transport. Parking: basement, valet services available. Service: warm, efficient, and with a smile. Breakfast: fair selection of dishes, live counters available.

Nice stay, fully supportive staff, food for children also they provide on request basis, rooms are flooring with carpet. Overall excellent stay with excellent staff. |Bed and bedsheets are clean.....|Pillows are clean....|Location in centre of city...

Room service not up to the mark. There was no proper cleaning inside the room. There were blood stains on the bedsheet. After checking we saw and after repeatedly requesting, it was changed after 3 hours and False utensils! were lying in corridor since 24 hours. No room cleaning person came to pick them up. After repeated requests, the housekeeping staff came after 4 hours to clean the room. Very poor experience, very poor service. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will never stay anywhere in Sarovar Portico hotel in the future.

Very nice service and the staff is also very helpful in nature All the facilities are very good the food is very tasty and the front office staff is very nice Miss Alisha is very nice her behaviour and the way she took care of our stay everyone asking if we had any issue but every thing was very nice

The Sarovar Portico, one of the classy and comfort stay. I would highly recommend this hotel . Thank you to the team and the management of Sarovar for such wonderful experience. The service and the staff is very friendly and polite, anytime u can ask for service.

Room no.317Good service from housekeeping we got best service in midnight we had request one saintry bag then and we got. Very fast because my wife was having problems so thanks to Mr Ajay Singh Rathore
