Absolutely a nice large room which were very large and spacious. The bathroom was ample in size. The room (and stay ofcourse) was very comfortable. We did not have any cons except that we did not get any discount for room booking, while online booking, you get some discount. We stayed here for two days at this wonderful hotel.

Isse ghatiya hotel ni dekha mene Room quality too cheap according to price and all room ac are not worker ,shower also damaged,no hygiene and not clean , Very disappointed to this hotel Too bad

Good and clean room, well trained staff. Understanding staff with well mannered. Overall Good experience can suggest value for money stay... good security at night and it is a safe place to stay .... For economic stay at navlakha indore area can stay this place for sure.... keep it up guys....

Very costly as compared to amenities provided. Lack of cleanliness. Rats, cockroaches and mosquito don't let u feel lonely. Room service not up to the mark. Restaurant & kitchen is very much in filthy ( unhygienic) state. The kitchen looks like a dumpyard. Don't trust the pics of rooms n restaurant posted as they were taken 2-3 years back .

It was one of my regular visits to indore and I received a wonderful offer from OYO Rooms so I stayed at hotel Prashant at navlakha bus stand at very less price. My stay was comfortable with all facilities and service. I will give full marks to OYO Rooms assistance and heart warming offers.

Very Bad Service when we reached Indore the hotel staff came and they were behaving like idiots like dog come here and take my room and they were charging one night stay Rs 1700 for small room with non ac. I said we require only one night stay next day we will leave indore. Then after arguing for 10 mins they came down with less payment for one night stay Rs 1000/- I was staying with my mother and sister. After getting room we went for Dinner and the food in that hotel was very very fantastic. I liked their food very much. Only one thing they took my ID Card and they were not returning my ID Card in the morning I took my ID Card after arguing with them.
