Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

A quick stay on a business occasions, a luxurious place with excellent service, good food and the friendly staffs. Tree lighting ceremony held on the day was an heart warming event. You would consider coming back for a longer stay for holiday purposes!

We booked the table in advance for family lunch with elders and small kids. After arriving there, they offered us to sit on a table which is typically a snack table and sofa for drinks. When we aksed to change the table, they said they dont have space. Also, looking at the cleanliness and hygiene and other aspects of the place, we did not want to proceed with the place further. Staff behavior was coldest, no regret for over booking and no courtesy for anything. They wanted our elders and small kids to sit on a tea table and have buffet lunch there. Food options were not looking nice as well. Highly unrecommended.

Stay arrangement is good Services, food, backseat is too good. Thanks a lot. Staff nature is very friendly and helpful......... Minakshi behavior is so polite.......Aqua environment is too good....... Overall nice experience......☺️

I really like the hotel . Staffs were very good and co-operative very fastly they did there work specially F/o team anjali srajal barsha they were so good and helpful the surrounding with classy ambience and food served was so fresh . Overall 10 on 10

The park has the worst security team ever. Went there for the Prateek Kuhad concert. The security personnel randomly took out my lipstick and blush from my bag and said they were not allowed. I told her that it's not mentioned anywhere and if it was not allowed i will keep it elsewhere. She refused and threw those near the bushes saying it's safe there. She did the same some other girls. Took their make up and told them to collect later. I could not possibly understand why makeup was not allowed. I had been to several concerts and in no concert i came across a restriction like this. After the concert, all my belongings were missing and many other girls were complaining that their stuff is gone. The security guards then said it was not their responsibility. When earlier they had said it will be safe here. Terrible experience, will never go again.
