Hotel is pretty decent and the staff were helpful. Unlike other hotels, water is not provided during the stay and you should buy your own. Also, not much of toiletries were provided, so you should be prepared on your own. It offers a budget-friendly decent stay.

Overall m giving 0 rating. It was very bad experience in hotel Suraj Kunj.. Staff was arrogant, rooms were full of cockroaches. Room, Door Mat, pillow, bed n bedsheet everything was dirty and when we requested to clean and change few of the things, response from staff was very rude. No drinking water supplied. They have not started Power back for more than 30 minute until we asked for same. We paid all amount in advance for 4 adults however they have given services and complementary breakfast for 3 only. Even they have not given extra plate and spoon until we asked for itWe ordered coffee or hot Tea at evening 7:30pm, they told it's not available. However restaurant staff confirmed it's available. After we paid check out amount, they stopped wifi service. Existing Google or ixigo reviews given by Staff members only. So don't go with that... Highly recommend select other options

It's a very nice place and eco-friendly staff, it's I feel luxurious in this hotel as well as a hotel price is better from another hotel's in betul city, I suggest to go and tack services from hotel.
