This hotel is absolutely rubbish. I would not suggest anyone to check in to this hotel. Rooms are not cleaned, geyser is not working, washroom height is 5ft 10 inches so it someone is 6ft he would not be able to use the washroom. It has Damp all over the room and i realise I was having tea and suddenly paint from the sealing land into my tea. Go for another hotel but not this one if you want to make your stay good and better.

Hotel rooms are good but staff is not keeping them clean at all, bathrooms , Room, bedsheet and pillow cover are very much unhygienic. Don't fall for the images of this hotel, book any other hotel.

It has small reception area. Only male attendants were present. Lift was working. There was good bed and linen. Bathroom was clean and neat with shampoo, body wash and hand wash let quid. They provided 2 towel and drinking water.

Horrible experience!!! Very Rude staff on Front desk I woud have given them negative star if I could 1) I have booked a Room for 2 person but hotel staff denied to allow more then one. 2) when I showed them my booking of OYO they rudely said why did you book through OYO. 3) he mention that next time dont book from oyo because he doesn't want to allow prepaid booking of oyo..... Worst hotel In indore. 4) as I said I have booked For 2 persons They need extra money even after booking From oyo Reception guy were asking me 500 Rs Extra to allow Second Person.

It's good & clean but they literally forced me to pay cash money instead paying online through OYO or else they asked me to cancel the booking. Also there was a water leakage from AC.

The hotel was not clean and well as basic amenities like cold water was not available. Service was slow and had to call multiple times before the request was completed.
