OYO 40849 Hotel Unity

Worst hotel to stay at. They denied checkin on booking done almost 1month back saying that the checkin time is in morning(11am) and you have arrived a couple of hours late than that. We had written booking with hotel manager's signature and hotel stamp. The manager and his family including ladies and his daughter hurled abuses. They demanded more money from people doing on the spot booking and gave our rooms to them. Had come here with family, somehow after a good long fight they gave 1 room that too not cleaned and full of cockroaches. Even after requesting them multiple times to clean the room and washroom, provide basics like drinking water, towel,soap no one listened. On asking the bill, they gave a handwritten note that too without hotel stamp and it looks fake. Never trust this hotel staff and manager even if you have things written by them alongwith hotel stamp and manager's signature. Worst experience ever!!!

Worst experience ... We booked three bed bedroom they don't provide blanket for the third person and dint bother also ... Worst service .... The washrooms are so dirty .... I m regretting staying here ....
