Treebo Merit

With staffs smiling curve on their face, I never felt as if, I am almost 1000 KM away from home back in Ghaziabad, U.P. Rays of morning Sun wake me up every morning with ample sunshine throughout the day. It took just 10 minutes after my call to repair wash basin leakages. Very nice experience in this segment. Keep it up.

Had a very disappointing stay at Treebo Merit. The quality of service and maintenance is far below expectations. The mattress was uncomfortable, and the washroom was smelly and poorly maintained—with no basic amenities like soap provided. There was visible seepage and a general lack of cleanliness throughout. Service was extremely slow—you need to call 2–3 times just to get essentials like a water bottle or tea bag. Despite repeatedly requesting TV support, no proper response was given even after 5–6 follow-ups. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, more interested in getting your check-in signature than offering any hospitality. Rooms are old and absolutely not worth the money. The only positive thing is the location, but that alone doesn’t justify the poor experience. There are many better hotel options available nearby. Stay here at your own risk. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in Indore.

Provided excellent service . Best quality food . Staff was providing excellent services. Really enjoyed a stay. |Value for money.You wil forget about what u have spent but will remember best service provided by them. If u need best Hotel with best cost effective price then definately go for this hotel. Most recommended.

Location of this hotel in front of Bombay Hospital. Service of this hotel is very good. Manegement of hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and room service is best. Food veg and non veg both are available and so delicious. Food quantity is enough for 2 or 3 members in one order.

Bad experience as i booked the deluxe room at 1700 online , but they charged me 500 rupee for extra person and and they served cold poha and when i asking to provide free RO water reception said 2 min and then no when came to give water ..
