I stayed for a business trip and was thoroughly impressed. The hotel is conveniently located near the business district, making it easy to get to meetings. My room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a comfortable bed, a large desk, and fast Wi-Fi—perfect for work. The staff was friendly and efficient, and check-in was quick. The meal offered a great variety, and the business center provided all the essentials. |Abhishek Kaushik and Neha Chauhan from the housekeeping maintained the room as being very clean and humble. Effotle was an excellent choice for my trip, offering comfort and convenience. Highly recommended!

While everything was satisfactory, there’s room for improvement in terms of the speed of room service. However, it didn’t take away much from the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay.

I'd like to start with saying the staffs are super friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staffs- Abhishek and Neha were were very quick to address our needs and made our stay super hassle-free. Not to forget, the food in the buffet was also good. Only thing that needs to better is the restaurant space, it's pretty small to accommodate the large number of guests.

Food at roof top restaurant was amazing, service was prompt Head Chef and bar tender looked after us very well. Hard copy of menu was not available instead they had it online which can be viewed through WhatsApp. Thanks to all staff members who made our stay enjoyable.

The service provided in this property is up to the mark and value for money.|I would like to specially thanks for the house keeping staff (Jyoti Bairagi) She was super helpful and quick at her service. She carries a very good smile while working which makes us feel very welcoming.|I also want to take an opportunity to thank the Chef (Ganesh Sahi). My kid was not keeping well and we had to visit hospital. Doctor had suggested to feed him moong dal khichadi, unfortunately this was not on the menu. It was almost 11 pm I spoke to the in room dining team and they were more than happy to prepare this for my kid as customised. They also did jot charged for this service this was the perfect example of hospitality that we are looking forward.||Thank you team.

Not at all kids or family friends not recommended they dont have proper cots matress or even blankets Me and my wife with 2 kids checked in on 28/12 and our check out is tomorrow 30/12 both my kids are 6 year and 3 years old i called them in route from jaipur for baby cot to be put in my room and when i checked in at around 11 pm i said reception to do the needfull and we went to sarafa and when returned around 2 am still it was not done and when at 2 i shouted after 30-40 mins he brought a broken cot and that too with direct wood back no matress or blanket in it for kids then i asked them this will not work so they provided a matress of floor to sleep and said we dont have extra bed and that too without blanket and when asked they said hotel is full we are short of blanket .|If you dont have basic ammenities also then how are you running the hotel and that yoo self acclaimed 4 star.
