OYO 3689 Hotel Koservilas 2

It was my second stay Indore but the first one in the Treebo Sky hotel, and I'm very happy that I switched. The value for money ratio is excellent: the room equipment was satisfying, with all the facilities a traveller might need - spacious bathroom, comfortable bed, high speed internet. And of course everything is clean and well-maintained. During my stays they were finishing renovation and refurbishment of some rooms so I can imagine that it will be even better. And last but not least: very friendly, ready-to-help staff. And the receptionist's bright smile every morning ... I've visited nearly 60 countries and so, so many hotels and I give my "Excellent" rate to these guys. Good luck :-)

I have stayed in Treebo hotels twice in the past, in Munnar and Bangalore, it was a good experience, which led to me trusting the Treebo brand. I had booked Treebo sky hotel for 8th to 10 the Feb with check out on 12 th.|When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby was tiny and shabby, Treebo logo was tiny in one corner. Two shabby looking guys were at the counter. They took me to show the room, it was dirty and smelly, the toilet bowl was stained brown, the sheets and towels were very obviously unwashed and yellowish stained and smelly, there was dust on all surfaces. I said I cannot accept this room.|The hotel guy said he will show me another room, the other room was equally bad and when I opened the cabinet, it contained about 10 dead COCKROACHES!!!. |He said he would show me few other rooms, but all were equally bad.|I called up the Treebo helpline and narrated my complaint and requested them to shift me to another Treebo and I offered to pay the difference in tarriff if any. But the Treebo executive said the best he could do was to relocate me on the next day, and that I would have to stay for one day in Treebo sky hotel.|There was no way we could stay in this filth, therefore I searched online and booked another hotel and forfeited one day rent that I had paid. I suspect the good reviews above are bogus. Please AVOID this hotel at all costs. when I took a cab for the other hotel, the cab driver told me that this hotel is usually frequented by truck drivers as the highway is near by.|I got carried away by the trust I had for the Treebo brand, therefore please double check without trusting blindly.|

Clean rooms, polite staff, soft pillows. Mr. Ravi at reception deserves special mention as he is polite, quick and efficient and provided a smooth check in and check out process. A super market cum general store is nearby.

The best service provided by the hotel staff. And a very good response from the hotel owner. I would love people go there have their service. Very polite staff member.and it was a very good experience for me.a big appreciation to the hotel staff and the owner for providing such a good gesture to us. Loved it.

SKY Hotel by OYO is the worst hotel ever seen in life. The ambience of Hotel and rooms are pathethic. They dont know the meaning of Hospitality , they charge 3k for a day stay with no facility , no mineral water. Strongly Not recommended to any one. The one may feel like cheated by mgmt staff..

Near bombay hospital,radisson,mariott,malls and restaurants.||||Very clean, nice toiletries, ||Their masala tea tastes very nice. Decent breakfast. ||||Well mannered staff.....prime location. ...great ambience

Awesome...in the mid of the city...enjoyed stay...||Maintained cleanliness which is.must for.me||Also i found the hotel very much reasonable in terms of price..||You can enjoy the views ... also staff behaviour is very nice

I have been to the hotel for a day.. thats a good budget hotel and staff is quite friendly and Supportive.. disnt felt im away from home.... Best in hospitality in city in budget hotel... Will come again
