OYO Flagship Hotel Alpine

We have booked room for 3 accupancy in each room they promised to provide extra bed sheet but hadn't provided even hadnt provided drinking water after asking plenty of time.

I will never suggest this hotel I was paid extra amount of booking and when I was check in hotel the room was dirty and TV not working the condition of bed is poor and after 1 hour they will not settle the TV connection I was check out immediately and they were not refund my money Don't go this place Froud

If you are booking from oyo or agoda.please don't book.They are asking for extra money.There is fraud happens with me.please don't book this hotel.

Third class or worst place for family visit. Dirty clothes, washroom, no soaps, ....not recommended to visit.

Exilent services offered by Hotel Alpine. Staff was very cooperative & helpful. Nice stay with them. We will prefer again.
