Hotel O Brooklyn

The staff was very rude and they made me stand outside the hotel for 3 hours as they were denying my entry as I booked online through OYO app and receptionist was asking for more money to enter. Overall worst experience! Rooms were way cheaper than servant’s room.

Pathetic Such a bad experience ..once you reach there you are ask for extra money when question them for the same the answer given to you is utter nonsense .The staff doesn't know how to talk to the customer. Even the owner of the property is least bothered and egoistic .even after tolerating all this things the room given to us was horrible bedsheets were not clean and at the same time torned out ,rooms didn't have handle on the door,Ac weren't working .gutkaa pan masala spilled in washroom area can't even go inside

Very bad experience, tv ni hai, ac proper work ni krta, bathroom bahut gande hai, room bahut bekar hai , privacy bhi ni hai, upr se online book hone k baad bhi extra paise charge krte hai

Very bad experience, there is no TV, AC does not work properly, bathroom is very dirty, room is very useless, there is no privacy, even after booking online they charge extra money.
