Everything Is good except for:- 1. The rooms could have been bigger and same goes for the bathroom. 2. Short of supply, they didn't have a hair dryer but the good thing is that they arrange for everything so it was a good stay

We are a family of 3 (2 adults n 1 child) and were transiting through Indore. The hotel's location is just next to the route, and the room was clean and tidy. We got the deal under 1500INR from Treebo. Many good restaurants are nearby from where you can order online or dine out. Overall, it was a good experience!

Staff was very Good especially Pawan . Hotel was good . It’s recommended for all who are planning to to visit indore nearby places and for omkareshwar jyotirlinga temple. Its 8km from Indore airport . Staff is cooperative. Breakfast is provided and quality of food is good .

Owner is friendly, co-operative and much helpful. Would strongly recommend for family stays and individuals on work trips. Enough parking space available for cars. Breakfast and tea were tasty & when we requested early, they were served on time. A/c and WiFi both worked well. Definitely my next stay in Indore again would be here.

Hotel Nirvana Elite is suitable for its location.Rooms and interiors are appropriate for comfortable stay. But in the services, communication ,staff interaction, company policies these are some areas where they have a long way to learn. Company policies are not customer friendly, gap in communication from staff side is a hurdlle to stay comfortably. Basic facilities are not reachable like water, tea and breakfast even clean room and clean bedsheet is a challenge to receive since even after requests room service is not available.I hope management will look after these shortcomings and improve for better and long run in market.
