Worst Hotel Ever seen in my life. 3 times i have changed my room. In one room smell was there in second ugh air conditioner was not working and in third washroom are not clean. Tap has less pressure. Likege in hand pump. Water was cold there no hot water and more such problems were there. Service was very poor. They drank and kept bottles outside the room. I have mentioned the pics. There should be an action taken in these such things.

Worst ever room condition i have ever seen.. when you go first time and check rooms, you do not check each n every corner and there was my fault.. after payment when we enter in the room it was actually so pathetic condition.. I booked this hotel from Fab Official on a telephonic conversation.. please check the photos he shared and the reality..

It's a very good hotel for family gathering and It’s one thing to give someone a room for a few days. It’s another to include their entire family. Now we feel very happy to stay here. Yes there was the some construction work going on the Road but its Ok The Hotel Staff Behavior Kills all the Problem. We are very Thankfull of Mr. Harsh Tandi to Co-operate with All the Booking to Check Out Process.

If there would have been lower rating than this I would give it that. Worst place. No cleanliness at all. No toiletries were provided. We had to ask for the same. I couldn't book another hotel since I had paid advance and had checked in. After checking in we came to know about the state of the hotel. The manager informed us that after checking in even if cancelation is done we will have to make entire payment

Very unsafe and shady place. No services are provided ( even no water) There is no water supply in the property so there are high chances that your tap won't have water even to wash your face. Highly unsafe staff they will knock your doors past mid night for without any reason. A big no for family. If you want to visit go on your own risk.

Won't recommend anyone.... had the worst experience ever. Didn't get the rooms even after the all expenses paid bookings. Beware of the pics do not go by the pics they have rubbish linen and laundry was absolutely dirt. Room smelled of liquor and what not. After witsnesing the property...please change your name from fabhotels to something apt...such hotels should not be recommended to families.
