We came here for the family meet and took the rooms really late at night but the services provided didn't disappoint me at all... Rooms are absolutely clean... Staff simran is polite & friendly.. breakfast was amazing & affordable room rates makes the experience even better!.. amazing property.. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!💯

Ms. Simran, rani and pooja were very kind and helpful.. I have enjoyed here so much. Everything was just great, hygiene, breakfast was very good. Next time I would like to stay here with my family.... Room were very cleaned, comfortable..... Keep it up.

“Terrible Service, Awful Breakfast, and Rude Staff – Avoid This Hotel!” I had an extremely disappointing stay and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that customer service was not a priority here. 1. Rude and Unhelpful Staff The front desk staff were unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of a warm welcome, I was met with attitude and indifference. Any questions I asked were met with sighs and eye rolls, and they seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. 2. Terrible Breakfast The complimentary breakfast was a joke. The food was cold, stale, and barely edible. The selection was extremely limited, and what was available looked like it had been sitting out for hours. The coffee was watered down, and the staff in the dining area were just as rude as those at the front desk. 3. Poor Service Throughout Housekeeping was inconsistent. Room service was slow and overpriced, and any requests for basic amenities were ignored. It felt like the staff had no interest in making guests feel comfortable.

I have stayed here with my wife stay was very comfortable.. rooms were very spacious. Ms simran has upgraded our that was great gesture. Ms. Pooja was at the breakfast she is very helpful. Just one suggestion breakfast menu is repeated.

Playsales Stay was comfortable, Staff is courteous and helpful with all the requests. Helped us storing our luggage for the day even after checkout. Rooms clean with required amenities. location is great, city centre and great eating, shopping and clubbing options nearby. one can get a Cab / Auto at any time in this location.

Hotel is at a prime location and easy to access all the transport. Room was good and spacious, food quality, room service was good. Environment was friendly and staff was helpful. Only thing we felt was less is breakfast options. Vikas was at the reception completely understood our requirements and addressed very well. I like the stay with my family.

I am staying here from 1 months. Stay is every comfortable. It feels like home stay. Ms. Simran and Rani at front office and nikita and pooja at room service. They are very good at hospitality.
