OYO 41154 Hotel Kiwi Palace 1

The place was untidy and smelly. Very poor room service; the workers don't want to solve your problem, they keep saying "thoda adjust karlo". The bed was broken and there was no water in the bathroom/washroom.Highly disappointed!!!!

It was nice experience there. Staff is very helpful and good space for parking available. Clean rooms and overall satisfactory services by this hotel

Room is soo bad , bed is broken no cleaning is there mentioned abt AC but there's is no AC fan is also not proper talking badly staff is soo bad

Nice hotel to stay with friends, bcs hotel in good place and low in price. But not suitable for family stay. Pls be avoid to book hear if you are plan to visit with family members.

There is available drunked man for reception and they ask for extra payment and misbehaviour to the guest, communication skills are not good
