OYO 26905 Hotel Aalishan

As rating suggest, one of the worst experience I had, staff is irritating, always watching reels, lying on the reception couch in front of the customer, Rooms are un-hygenic, dustbins never cleaned, toilet pot have no running water, no mug to shower. Over all pathetic experience. Their checkout time upto 11.00 which is unethical if u pay for 24 hours.Nit recommend to the families.

NOT UP TO THE EXPECTATIONS.. BUT WORKS BEST FOR UNMARRIED COUPLES...I am a frequent traveller and have visited several hotels in this city this one looks good.. but the cleanliness and services are of very low quality. Bathroom is not clean.. geyser doesn't work properly .. lottery single channel in the TV is available.. hotel staff is not quite cooperative.. not a single hook is provided weather in bathroom or rooms. Wi-Fi is great. AC is great. Bed is great.

Hotel management was amazing. I just loved it. I had lost my earphone in the hotel room but when i called them they returned my earphone. From the safety purpose it is so good. Rooms were so clean and well managed.

Never seen such oyo no standards, location of the hotel is given wrong. No TV, hot water is not working, unhygienic maintained long women hair all over the room, empty cigarette packs were placed under the beds and no service to call the boy one has to be tarzeen calling the boys name. They asked us to cancel oyo and pay less. The bill given is an estimate in the name of other hotel.

I have booked the hotel two rooms from 25th to 27th Dec, after payment made, Hotel manager refuse to allow check in stating covid precautions and intimate to contact OYYO customer care to shift booking. I have call informed the concern team but they also refuse. Very worst response. OYYO team ask to cancel the booking, nownafter immediate cancellation in next minute, now no one is owning for refund. Worst staff and management.They denied me check-in stating you booked online and the amount paid is less then their on spot booking amount. Started asking for covid negative report to deny me the check-in. Had to suffer a lot. Kindly avoid this hotel in case you are booking through online portals.

Staff was not coperative, even the basic necessary things are not available like towel, soap, sanitizer etc. You have buy drinking water as well if you stay there. Worst experience ever with oyo.

Horrible experience. Avoid this hotel. Facilities mentioned and shown are for show only. Nothing work like TV, AC, Almirah etc. No drinking water facility. Very bad conditioned hotel. Just avoid... That's all.
