HOTEL GALAXY

Never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Worst experience ever. They provide room with non working air conditioner even they know, the room is not maintained properly. At mid night when i suffer then i change my room after so many calls on reception. Also keep in mind before going to stay they don't provide you a single water bottle.

Excellent service, very well located on Ujjain Dewas Road, just adjacent to Freeganj, Madhav Nagar, easy connectivity to newer township and colonies, station and bus stand. Rooms we stayed in, could have been better cleaned with more fresh air and less of bad smell. At least exhausts should be placed to remove bad odour. So please take care of room location with windows

Worst experience of my life, won't recommend to any one: 1. Noise all night, can't sleep 2. No parking space, they will park your vehicle anywhere - my vehicle windshield got broken by someone, when asked hotel manager saying Its not my responsibility 3. Any of your belonging can lost and hotel staff will take no responsibility 4. No TV in room, poor condition of washroom

Rude behaviour. I have been in many hotels here in Indore, this hotel has the worst behaviour. Very bad service. Worst experience here.
