From the moment I made my online booking to the minute I checked out, everything went horribly wrong. First and foremost, the online booking process was a complete nightmare. The hotel's website was slow and glitchy, making it incredibly frustrating to navigate and complete the reservation. It took multiple attempts and constant refreshing to finally secure my booking. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of my ordeal. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by an unwelcoming front desk staff who seemed uninterested in providing any sort of customer service. They were dismissive and rude, leaving me with a terrible first impression. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity to check in, despite having a confirmed reservation. When I finally reached my room, I was horrified by its condition. The room was filthy, with stains on the carpet and dust everywhere. It was clear that the cleaning staff had not done their job properly, if at all. The bathroom was no better, with mold and grime in the corners. The bed sheets were stained and had a foul odor, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities were equally disappointing. The so-called "relaxation" area was dirty and unkempt, with broken furniture and a foul smell lingering in the air. When ask about Geyser was not available. On top of all these issues, the hotel staff was unresponsive to my complaints. I tried multiple times to voice my concerns to the front desk, but they seemed disinterested and unwilling to help. It felt as though they couldn't care less about providing a pleasant experience for their guests. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at JUSTSTAY Hotel Relax. The online booking process was a hassle, the rooms were filthy and noisy, the amenities were subpar, and the staff was unhelpful and apathetic. Save yourself the headache and choose a different hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

They charge unnecessary they don't even consider half an hour for check outs they charge 500 for extra hours

If you are looking for hotel at calm place then you must go here. Rooms are quite dirty. I got room 201 here and the pillows and bedsheets are dirty. You will get hot water from 9 AM to 11 AM in morning. You can also order food from here at good prices.

Illigal work done here please don't go with your wife or family members... Koi staff acha nahi hai they only know to demand money more money. Staff behaviour is also not good. Please don't book this hotel..

First of all, it's not a two star hotel as claimed in oyo. Warm water is not available 24 hours in bathroom. Breakfast is not that good. But a value for money. Take it if you get at 900 rupees per night or less.

I have booked the AC room from 12 june to 13 june once I checked in ac was not working then complained at reception the answer I got from them was ‘’ Mere pass ac room available nai hai so mein appko nai de sakta apke liye mein abhi ac lene thodi jaunga, aapko rehna ho toh raho varna check out karke nikal jau “ I have to check out and find the hotel at 12 am This was ridiculous from the hotel owner MR RAWAT , no way of talking to customer . This was the 3rd class hotel I have ever visited .if there would the option in rating I would don’t even rate them . Please don’t go here and with you family and friends . RIDICULOUS ❗️❗️❗️

Easy dealing.....very peice full area.....clean hotel..newly renovated....best thing is stafff.....even at early in the morning they put their service very delgently.....cleanliness.surrounding value for money and each service is top class from utensils to toilets......hotel is blessed with good staff like Mr Udit ..whose priority and mannerfull dealing with costomer makes trip memorable......defenatly i and my fellows will stay here only if visit indore againnn..100% best for single couple family business..anything.....just stay as just awsome..
