OYO 88521 Hotel Swagstay

We Booked a property by name Treebo Trend Plumn In through MMT. So horrible experience start. We booked the property around 9.30 pm for same day and check out next day. We reached property at 11.30pm shown our booking to the person sitting on the counter. After 5 minutes we start getting our luggage the person stopped us entering the property and start telling us he's full and it's MMT fault after little argument he forced us to go to near by property which also belongs to them and meet Mr Shubham and he will give you better room compared to here. As we are dead tired we reached to new location and to continue of horrible experience the room are bad and stinking. We refused to take it and after again argument we again' requested to visit another property which is this OYO 88521 Rooms are good but without any facilities, it's been 12 so we decided to take it. There is no kitchen in the hotel. So went outside for late dinner. In the morning we asked reception that where is our complementary breakfast? The answer is we ring you but you didn't answer and breakfast is over as we ordered one time from outside. To my shock i asked what are the breakfast timing ? He said it get over at 9.30am and now it's 9.40 am .... Seriously??? The attitude of the person was like i care a dam, he just left without any answers. Only good person in the property is security Guard. Message to the owner You made beautiful property but the maintaining them is required and your staff is incompetence to handle it. After spending so much on the property and managing it, if you don't hire right people they will spoil everything. Thanks and best of luck.

Poor room service don't waste your money . Near scheme no 114 the property is waste. No dust bin in room , no hot water in room , no tea , no break fast. The break fast time starting from 9.15 am . Very bad experience .

Very worst place to stay the take Rs.1150 from me online and sent me to the an another hotel which was very bad they didn’t provide any service their TV, phone, Wi-Fi and also toilet is not working condition the take at about about Rs.1200 but didn’t give any service worst experience ever and their rating and reviews are nothing but their own fake ratings and reviews

They have shifted us to worst hotel by saying that we have no room for your paid 3 rooms booking. If negative rating is possible then please provide. Please never book this hotel. Cheating management.

Cheated by a guy who was on call for online booking and payment, however upon reaching hotel found fully occupied..very bad experience from OYO n team
