OYO Townhouse 936 Hotel Plum Inn

It is the worst hotel that i have been in Indore. The hotel staff is non cooperative, they show low amount in the app and once you book the hotel and reach for check in they charge extra as complimentary money. They pester you to pay extra and the location is far from main city you can't shift anywhere else you'll have to pay any how. Secondly, the rooms are pathetic they are not worth 1800 or even 500 rupees no doormats no toiletries, no hangers, no water bottles. They charge extra even for complimentary water bottle and add double gst to it. AC doesn't work and leakage issue is there, our phones were destroyed due to AC water. The receptionist is pathetic and rude the service is horrible.

DO. NOT. GO. Rudest and most unprofessional staff. Was denied checkin despite having pre-booked and pre-paid by stating "Meri Marzi" as the reason.

The worst hotel receptionist ever. Never go there. They are extremely unprofessional and rude. It felt unsafe to be around the people there.
