I have been staying here for 7 days but the night staff here talk very rudely and cleaning is not done at all, I am having a very bad experience here

DO NOT BOOK. If you are looking for hotels look on other apps. Do not book from OYO. Especially not this hotel. Terrible service, rude staff. Bad customer experience with oyo. For those who want a summary of the reviews, they have asked to pay extra from nearly everyone citing one reason or another Absolutely terrible experience. Had booked a hotel in Indore. It was showing rs539 on the app. I called and confirmed with customer service. On reaching the location they demanded 500 extra. I tried reaching customer service. No solution. They said they cannot do anything. How does this make sense? And if you can't do anything why are the customer service reps not aware. I was stranded with nowhere to go. They even said they would refund but never did. Again I tried calling them, but there was a new person, I had to explain him the situation again cuz they cannot transfer the call to the previous person. After I explain him he asks for time to check and never calls back, and I can't call back because I will get a new person. Absolutely stupid Customer Service. Coming to the hotel, the staff were extremely rude and refused entry, no sense of hospitality.

The room quality was not good for the room price. The bedsheets were dirty even the towel that I was given it was too old and torn. Room was not clean. The bed was also small my legs were going outside and I'm just 5'8 . Washroom was good. Only good thing was it had balcony. Service was good as they listened and responded quickly

Very bad services,no manners to talk to customers,no water is served to the customer absolutely bad services

Room was not clean and very unhygienic, bed sheets and pillows were not clean.. some blood spots was on Bedsheet and blanket

Rooms were not as shown online, also bedsheets were not clean and curtains were dirty. Bathroom was dirty. Asked for room cleaning, the person said, it will be done in a while but no one came. Overpricing according to their wishes. Water bottles were charged 10 rupees extra, when i objected then he agreed to the MRP. Didn't vive bill for the period i stayed extra (2 hours before check-in)

They are totally unprofessional actually I got accident by which am hospitalised and am unable yo collect my luggage from room i send one of my known yo go and collect luggage from hotel just after 1 hr they denied to give my luggage and infact they charged Rs800 more just because of 1 hr extended now you trll me am hospitalised how can i go and collect luggage on time

Room was smelly sheets had stain horrible leaking bathroom and provided a completely different room then what i booked. The staff was very rude and abusive. Never going there again. Demanded extra money too after we checked.
