Don't go on Whats photos are displayed on Google and various online apps. The stair cases are dusty & uncleaned for how many days not known, rooms are untidy, washrooms are not cleaned for weeks together, stained and soiled. Mineral content in water is high, can see the deposits on taps, tiles. No laundry services available. Cook is invariably on leave, so u dont get breakfast tea. Bed linen is not washed for weeks together, stained and stinky. Towels are soiled. Avoid staying at this hotel. There are various new properties in the vicinity. Do not book online, u will be disappointed. Communicate clearly if u require a GST bill, else be ready to shell out GST from ur pocket additionally. Better avoid this facility

The hotel offers excellent service, clean rooms, and a great location. The staff is friendly, and the amenities are top-notch. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays!

Good place to stay. Service and food both are good.. Rajwada palace is nearly 4-5 km from there. And it's easy to get online cab booking from there.

Rooms are great, but the bathroom is gross😡. Also the whole hotel area and the lift seems terrible 🤮🤮🤮it smells like dead rat. Also when I was out and the receptionist called me to check out I said him give emergency 5 mins I'll co firm you whether I'll be checking out or not he said I'll not give you a single minute if you want to stay let us know or we will charge you extra very poor staff.

The worst hotel ive ever stayed in.. No proper service After u leave the room to roam around the city they won't clean up the room U will have to shout on them to clean hand room The cleaners don't do their work properly Sitting laughing chatting and whiling away their time The food was also not good! Bathroom is the worst No cleanliness at all It's winter time and theres no hot water Pillow cover is dirty and bed spreads were torn and the blanket cover were the dirtiest Worst service worst room No wifi availability Not at all going to recommend this place to anyone!! Think twice before booking this hotel for your stay

The hotel staff was not supportive and took long time to service. The breakfast was excellent in taste however the quantity was not enough. It was rationed and if asked for more they give you so little extra and then you feel like obliged by them. The linen was not clean and did not change for the entire stay. Every day you need to ask for toiletries-Towel and soup. The room provided initially on third floor was not at all clean. However the second room provided on first floor was good. Clean but washroom had cockroaches and mosquitoes.
