Pleasant, neat and family friendly place to stay. They have got a very well maintained property located at a great place. Food and shopping is nearby.

Basic business hotel. Surprisingly cheaper when booked online and says non refundable, but they did not charge my credit card till checkout. They also did not mention or give option for complimentary breakfast in the room option I had taken and it is 500rs. Save yourself some money, get out and walk just outside for Starbuck coffee in the same premises or walk to the right side for a good indore breakfast option in a 5 star place..poha, kachori, jalebi, in a place called Anmol or amal?? Not sure. Room was small, smelly, phone numbers to reception not given, only 1 lift works which can accomodate only 2 people and have to wait for 10 minutes for a 3rd floor. Try other hotels. Wow crest is a good hotel and even Fairfield by Marriott is a good option within this budget. The AC vents were clogged with dust and I got shock from the switchboard

Stayed for 4days in November. Great place with clean rooms and great service. Best in the class breakfast.

Nicely maintained hotel I have stayed here twice and the stay was comfortable . Only minus point is that there is no room service / food order after 10:30 or 11:00

The location was good everything was good just an issue during the rainy season The water drainage system was not good all the water gathered infront of the hotel.

The place is neat and clean. The food and services are good, and the staff is polite. There's a nice waiting area and WiFi facility. The rooms are luxurious, and the ambience is good, suitable for short stays, whether official or within the city. Nearby, you can walk to places like 21 Mall and Malhar Mall, which are only 500 meters away. Apna Hotel is also nearby, and overall, the food is good.However, there are no bathtubs or swimming pools, but all other amenities are available."
