THE CLAN HOTEL - VIJAY NAGAR INDORE

The rooms are nicely set up and very comfortable. I especially liked the view from the Executive Room, it really adds to the overall experience. Nice and polite staff. That said, I did face an issue with water clogging in the bathroom during my stay. I’m not sure if this is a common problem, but it was noticeable in my room. The breakfast was decent but quite very basic. The poha wasn’t served hot, and the overall spread was limited. It mainly included poha, paratha, fruits, and tea.

The staff and reception team were exceptionally warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. A special appreciation goes to Bharti ji and Rani, whose kindness and helpful approach truly enhanced the overall experience. The housekeeping standards were outstanding, with the room maintained in immaculate condition each day. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable, adding to the sense of relaxation. Overall, the hotel delivered excellent value for money and a very pleasant stay.

The property appears to lack proper maintenance, which significantly impacts the overall experience. Additionally, the behavior of the staff was unusual and did not meet expected standards of professionalism or hospitality. With improvements in upkeep and customer service, this place has the potential to offer a much better experience.
