Capital O IND013 Hotel Swaroop Inn

Decent Hotel for work travelers. Limited option in breakfast so went ahead with usual Bread and Omelette. They may be required to maintain service standards which though were missing. Didn't have their own laundry so don't give it if you are not staying for less than 2 days. Appreciate the evening dinner that I ordered.

Decent place of stay if you are travelling alone. Rooms are decent. Restaurant is good- food was decent. It is situated in a prime location on a main road. Staff are courteous and very helpful. Name of the hotel sometimes may be confusing- Hotel Ambrosia is known to taxi drivers whereas the name Swaroop Inn may not be known. OYO number if you type on maps locating will be easier

Rooms were not clean properly. Bedsheets and towels were old and used many times hence seems dirty. No light at Bathroom mirror. Rooms have also very dim lights although Staff behavior was good.

Firstly, they charge me for a deluxe 3x room and later they don't provide it. I paid extra money for it and then for the cost of deluxe room, I was given a normal room. The receptionist is very unhelpful. "We have vacant deluxe room but we cannot provide them to you", they said. When i have already booked a deluxe room through OYO then i should be provided the room, but they didn't. The room was very dark, no proper lighting and the bed sheet was very dirty along with the blanket and the pillow covers. Overall worst, unsatisfactory experience.

Very bad experience. I have booked room in this hotel through Goibibo. Room is not as good as showing in pictures. Bed sheets, pillows & blanket is not clean. Selling fan is also not clean. You have to ask for hot water for bath. During my stay I have to wait for 45 minuets for hot water. Don’t book this hotel online.

Worst Oyo I have ever stayed. Staff was rude. They don't provide complementary mineral water. Washroom was dirty. Bedsheets were dirty had tea and food stains all over. We ordered tea and they gave us in a kettle with a cup (no tray) with a disposable spoon. No one should stay here. Moreover they took ₹500 as early checkin while as per oyo it is 30% of the tarriff which was supposed to be ₹350-₹360.

The room was not as per pictures shown me in the application. Room light was not proper, Bucket was broken, Room was smelling badly and When i check-in hotel hotel asked me extraa money as there was despute between Hotel and Oyo charges. Also i reached hotel early so they asked me early chekin charges. Bad experience i had here.

The hotel itself smelled as if somebody had kept dirty laundry in the entire hotel; the lift, the sheets, the bed, the room. Very low on cleanliness level. Staff was good. Service was quick!
