REGENTA CENTRAL INDORE

I'm extremely disappointed with the service and food quality at Regenta Central during my daughter's 5th birthday party yesterday. Despite our high expectations, the management failed to deliver on several fronts. The food was subpar, and the presentation was unimpressive. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of our expectations. *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Improve food quality and presentation - Enhance staff training for better service

What a pathetic experience organizing a birthday party at regenta post take over by Marriott. The staff and management should be ashamed of providing such a worst hospitality. The blunder was such big that during the party "point of discussion" was the poor hospitality of this property. They don't deserve star category. Service - Worst, taste - worst, management response - worst

Very poor service and hospitality in a party hosted by my friend after spending a huge amount and lots of fake commitment by the Hotel management. Very unprofessional behaviour and service.

Nice Hotel in reasonable price. Hotel is located in centre place from where Rajwada , Rly Station, Bus stand , Khajrana temple etc are nearby, specially Care CHL hospital famous for Open Heart Surgery and Robotic heart Surgery as well as Robotic Knee Surgery is just on 2 minutes walking distance. we enjoyed four days pleasant and comfortable stay. Rooms & toilet are clean and very well maintained, in toilets besides tooth kit and shaving kit, hand wash , Shampoo and body wash are nicely placed on wall mounted dispensers, mineral water bottles are provided complimentary by the hotel. Housekeeping is up to the standard mark, on intercom they attended any room service very promptly. Staff is cooperative, specially Manager cum all Mr Anil Soni take care of everything very politely.

We were at this hotel near the highway for friends haldi, sangeet and wedding. The rooms were good and clean Service was a bit slow, some of the staff were not very helpful. We enjoyed the food and the arrangements for different functions.

The rooms were uncleaned and used . Smell of smoking was completely coming . The rooms were totally trash . I would suggest not to visit here .
