I recently stayed at this property for 3 days and was very pleased with my experience. The rates were exactly as listed on the OYO app, with no hidden charges. The room was just as depicted in the photos on Google and OYO, so there were no surprises. The accommodations were top-notch—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with essentials like a TV, AC, and a geyser. The staff offered excellent service and were exceptionally friendly. Both the owner and manager were courteous and attentive, which greatly improved my stay. I highly recommend this authentic property for a comfortable and trouble-free experience. My two-day stay at Hotel Anushthan was simply delightful. The hotel's ambiance was inviting from the moment I stepped in, with a warm and efficient check-in process. Worst place to stay. Already far away from city plus service is extremely poor. First of all no proper entrance. Webs all over the room. Very close rooms. Bathroom hardware is not working. Hardly any privacy. Worst place to book and stay.

This is a very new hotel which is not in the city center of Jabalpur. You have to book ola/Uber/rapido and take auto to go the main center which is Vijaynagar and it will cost you 70/- one way. This hotel is located in a remote area where there are very few shops to buy tea/coffee/samosa which are bad in taste and unhygienic. There is no kitchen in the hotel because it is new. However after 5-6 months, the manager said all the food facilities would be available in the hotel itself as they are in the process of building a kitchen in the hotel. My checkout time was 10:30am but I requested for a late checkout at 1pm on which the manager said I had to pay full charge of one day and then I had no option so I agreed and I was paying him via their owner's QR code but the manager asked me to pay in cash and then I paid him 1000/- in cash. I am not sure whether the owner will ever know about this incident. There is no room service means they don't clean the room daily. Even when the dustbin was full, I took the dustbin to empty it in the other big dustbin. The blanket was not clean and when I asked the manager to change it he said they don't have an extra blanket. Overall, if you are looking to book a hotel in the next 1 year to Jabalpur, please book in Vijaynagar area as there are lots of restaurants where you can have good food, snacks etc. and hotels like Hotel Yuvraj etc.

Won't recommend anyone to book this hotel online via abhi online booking app be it Goibibo Oyo MMT or any other site Had an horrible experience right before exam Booked this property for 1 night as I had exam following in Jabalpur, made full advance payment as well, and even during booking there were rooms available that's why it was still accepting bookings and payments but right 1 hour before my check in I got notification that the property is full and room won't be alloted to me, I reached out to Oyo executive then that Oyo executive took property manager on conference call and then that manager told me that the room will be allotted you. But after the call ends with Oyo executive, the manager separately told me not to visit property as he won't be able to give room as they are full, then why were they accepting bookings, when I reached the property reception and there was one guy he straightforward denied me that he didn't had conversation over call with me or Oyo executive. When I tried asking his name, he refused to tell me his name, if he isent at fault then why scared of telling me his name, and told me that you booked via Oyo so that's why it's oyo's responsibility, had you booked directly via us, you wouldn't have faced this issues, All this happened 1 days before my exam that too on a rainy day 😂 had to dance from hotel to hotel, also the Location is kinda strange. Never had good experience with Oyo And both Oyo and property manager is at fault here. Property might be good, but without proper service it's of no use, wonder how this property got high ratings😂

The location is perfect, the newly built hotel has nice and cozy rooms. Reasonable price. The best part is their staff, going the extra mile to keep your stay comfortable.
