OYO 80173 Hotel Koshalya Mohan

Receptionist was extremely rude. I experienced rude behaviour of one of your [staff members]. I believe it is important to address this matter as it significantly impacted my experience and falls below the expected standards of professionalism.

The reception staff is very impolite...Actually i booked this hotel from goibibo.I have paid a decent amount for hotel...The guy denied check in to my guests stating that we are getting very less money from goibibo..they are taking most of the commission...first of all,if u dont agree with go ibibo terms,please discontinue the tie so that ur property cannot be viewed by their customers on website.Secondly,This is totally your and goibibo matter of concern,how u r sharing booking amount.You cant talk to the customer in an insulting way and explain them the commission system .You should think twice how embarassing will be the situation in these circumstances for the customer when u deny check.Please dont book this hotel,they are highly unprofessional and dont know what should be conveyed to customers and what to service providers like goibibo..they spoiled my whole day and mood..

i stayed there for one night ....very poor room service ..prices were very high and not justified according to cheap room .....in my room there were alot of mosquito nd insects ...in my bed there are alot of ants .....dont go there .....

Very good Hotel indeed. Newly build and friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed my stay at Kaushalaya Mohan hotel.

Best hotel to stay in Jabalpur. Neet and clean rooms and staff behaviour was also good.
