Hotel O Air palace

The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Booked two rooms early in the day and arrived late in the night. The rooms were not cleaned, the floor sticky, the sheets stained and dirty, there wasn't even enough blankets for us and it was freezing cold. They acknowledged the rooms were dirty but refused to give us a refund. The place should be shut down. Don't stay here

Worst experience that I have gotten. There is no changing facility in the rooms. After providing the certain room , they will tell you to change the room .
