Hotel Dwarika Inn

I booked deluxe room but they provide low category room. I ask give room that one I booked but reception girl staff told me to go another hotel. this is not good way.

Rooms are not good and hygienic. Demanding more charges once reached to hotel after online booking. Staff are also rude.

The worst hotel I've came accross. The owner's behaviour is so cheap. The rooms are dirty curtains are unwashed. Bedsheet is never changed, from white bedsheet it have turned yellow still the hotel management doesn't even care. They provide worst services. Don't visit this hotel.

Rooms are not good, washroom are unhygienic and they are charging more then the amount showing online at the time of booking. Very bad hotel and staff

Zero star ke neeche option nahi hai varna isko minus ratings me deta.. The staff is so rude.. And they don't have any manners. They mis behave with customer The bedsheets were already dirty and they was forcefully charging extra 800 for the dirty bedsheet. My fault is that i didn't check that before check-in into the room.. That's it. They don't even ready to check that it was dirty before and the spot was 1-2 days old.. After a lot of arguments one staff checked and admitted that this was their mistake but at last also they are not sorry for the same! Question is that.. Why they didn't check that dirty bedsheet before hand... Or who ever has done that... They are totally irresponsible about their work! And we felt very disrespectful.. I especially suggest that plz don't go in this hotel!

I wish google should introduce minus rating i booked hotel by agoda i arrived at hotel around 9.45 am in booking it was showing check in time 9.50 there idotic disgusting rude staff was like you need to pay extra itne me to nahi hoga i asked why so they were like you have arrived early i have already shown them booking but they were like you talk to agoda people . Why you people list your hotel in website when you cannot provide service scamming people waste

Only advise Please don't stay in this hotel. The rooms are very dirty. Even they don't provide clean quilts and bed sheets. No breakfast available and drinking water is chargeable. Staff behavior is very rude. No matter how much discount you got on mmt they will provide the room for 1550 only. can easily find better hotels at lesser price in jabalpur.

Worst staff I was just asking to visit they were like mtt aayega aap when asked about the reviews and few questions very rude worst staff no one should ever visit this worst hotel ever in Jabalpur all the reviews are so perfect
