Hotel Pearl Inn

The hotel's arrangements are good, but there are some areas that need improvement, maintenance and cleanliness are lacking, resulting in a mosquito infestation in the room. The staff management is also not up to the mark. Improve maintenance and cleanliness. Address the mosquito problem. Organize the staff management.

This place is fairly brand new and right off the highway....nice place to stay en route varanasi jabalpur nagpur hyd route....and the bonus is they are pet friendly.....but the good part ends here......we were travelling with our pet cat and they were very ok to allow us, however the rooms were dirty with something or the other missing in each room, the lady at the reception was quite nice, however the boys who were there to help out were absolutely lazy with zero intention to help the customer, We finally found one room with fan and geyser, however the room was messy with pizza boxes thrown in the ground, and the cleaning boy, jus threw everything in the balcony(tht was his cleaning), the washroom was smelling terrible with dirt near the drain, and under the bed there was huge amt of food thrown, the customers who stayed were messy and the cleaning boy didnt even bother to look under the bed.....the hotel is well made and would do well with the right set of people to manage it
