Hotel Vijan Palace

Hotel Vijan Palace in Jabalpur falls short of expectations based on my recent two-night stay. Cleanliness was a major issue, with dirty bathrooms, peeling paint, and unclean bed sheets. Checkout procedures were frustrating, as they charged extra fees even for minor delays. Room service was notably slow, requiring multiple calls before assistance arrived. Additionally, the hotel seems to prioritize commissions for local taxis and autos over guest satisfaction. While the food was decent, overall, I cannot recommend this hotel due to its numerous shortcomings. Avoid if possible.

If you are travelling for work thn you must opt for this hotel . It's a perfect destination for business travellers. Comfortable stay, courteous staff ,tidy rooms, amazing breakfast spread. Food quality is also upto the mark . Thanks Vijan team !!!!!

I do not want to give you single star to this worst hotel.... no hot water in bathroom. No shop in bathroom . Only hand wash dispenser When we complain to room service to give us shop they say dispanse is there!!!!!! Again we coplain then they give us shop..... and about hot water in bathroom 4 person come to room and teach us that you you have to make tap on left side and after 5-10 min hot water will come .. its very comon thing every one know that hot water is comewhen your tap is left side... right now i am in hotel at 12.00 am till no hot water in bathroom... tap was till open ....also they offer 1 bucket hot water for bath!!!!! We come to jable pur to visite bhedaghat in sharadpoonam - fullmoon night .... and vijinpalace ruin all fun ,,,,, we are too tired-after visit bhedaghat n till no resolution from there side.... also sower was not working!!!!!! We call reseption so may time no resolution ... after my husband go to reception they till say same thing hot water will come .... also floor manger come to room and try to enter in bathroom with his dirty shoe???? He said he will send some one to clean bathroom right now its 12.15 am , date 17/10/24 ... my husband took both with cold water .... never ever go to this third-class hotel again.... if it is in my hand i give minas stars.....

Worst experience ever , this hotel management is not good and so rude for customers the hotel reception man the name is Manish he is so rude the behaviour is soo bad for they don't know how to talks women's , the hotel facilities are very bad service late services , management will not informed us for timing for checkout after that they charged us extra money they yell us after we denied to pay the extra charges they take our vehicle keys shouted us because they think we are girls don't do any thing that kind of behaviour they treated to the customer loyalty please visitors I will suggest you don't ever stay vijan palace management is so rude behaviour

Honestly this is an upgraded lodge. If not for their room service, I would have given 2 stars for the room quality. But their staff are extremely helpful and kind. Very good breakfast spread. But the hotel needs to improve the room quality.

3rd class room. Bette you stay in dharmasala... They have 2 property in same hotel and always try to give room in old property...
