Hotel Mid Town

Reception check in — very unprofessional and anti customer behaviour , even though the owner was sitting at the sofa near reception. Rooms - pathetic Room service - Horrible , even towel you have to ask , it was not there in the room . Check out - I do not know why the madam was so angry to give the bill to me ? Breakfast - it was good in adjacent Resturant .

Nice stay in Hotel Mid Town, Jabalpur, MP, Ms. Pranjul and Ms. Ankita were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Clean rooms: "The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable". Good location: "The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found". Great service: "The impeccable service and hospitality of your staff made our retreat most enjoyable". Worst experience till now, I celebrated my daughter's birthday here, I have never seen such bad management anywhere else, whatever we talked to the owner, he did everything wrong during the function, This hotel is not at all safe for families, no one stays here nor any function is organised here

It was a very good experience to stay here. Room service available at a call, every staff member is polite and helpful. Hospitality is standard quality.

Worst hotel. Made a booking for 8 people but they charged for 10 people just because they made their entry like that. They make a fool out of you with plate system. The owner is very rude, does not respect the customer nor their own staff. Not a good place for function. Indeed it always stays empty. Third class experience.

Booked a kitty package for 13 people but they charged for 15 as they had made an entry for 15 in their booking. Rude owner not ready to listen to anything. Never waste your precious time and money here. Food quality was also poor.
