Hotel Delite Grand

It was a good experience...the staff were very cooperative..the food was good. It is in the heart of the city,very close to the railway station. Special mention of Eugene who helped us through. Negatives....they must change their footmats. The bathroom floor is smooth tiled dangerous for senior citizens. Their lift does not work properly when it is on the Generator & even though they have a camera inside the lift we did not get help. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Decent place to stay. Courteous staff. Room was clean. Washroom could so with an air freshner. Also, the quality of shower gel should be better and of a known brand and should not be diluted. Recommend guests to carry their own soap, toothpaste and toothbrush as this is not provided. Also, no tea/coffee provision and kettle in the room. The hotel can consider this provision, especially if the guest is leaving early morning. Overall experience good

Decent place to stay. The staff is very courteous. Food ordered for dinner was pan fried fish with lemon butter garlic sauce. They will need to learn it better. Though it was palatable. The washroom should have air freshener. The quality of the shower gel is very bad. Suggest a branded one be used. Tooth brush and tooth paste not provided. So advice to carry one as these amenities are not provided as it's a budget hotel. There is no provision for tea/coffee in the room too. So for early checkout guests, it may be a challenge to get a hot beverage. This should be provided by the hotel as it is necessary.

Great experience we had staying in this hotel. Great rooms, great food and amazing staff behavior. Would definitely visit again. And the best part is it's very accessible from main market and Railway Station.

Excellent Service, friendly and well behaved staff, spacious room. Spl mention: Mr Prashant at Reception, Mr Eugene, Chandresh and Raghuraj at restaurant. Only improvement needed in room amenities, such as welcome kit, press and pressboard, laundry service, toiletries, carpet, etc to be provided. The shower gel and shampoo in the washroom are of inferior quality, to be improved.

After staying in Delhi for so long without seeing anyone smile at one another I feel soo happy because each one of their staff had a smile and they were very polite and well mannered. It is one of the most peaceful places in Jabalpur. It was a very lovely time spent in Delight and would love to come back here.

Disappointing Experience at Hotel Delite Grand I recently had the misfortune of attempting to check-in, despite having a confirmed corporate booking. The receptionist claimed that there was no booking in guest name, citing that it was a corporate booking as the reason. After speaking with a hotel representative, I was assured that a WhatsApp message would be sent to facilitate guest check-in. However, despite receiving the message, guest was still denied check-in. To make matters worse, when I raised a complaint, the hotel manager, Gourav, behaved in a completely unprofessional and dismissive manner. His attitude and behavior were unacceptable, feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, guest experience was subpar, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The hotel's inability to manage corporate bookings and their staff's poor customer service skills are significant areas for improvement.

Booked for my guests. The stay was comfortable. The staff is very polite and co-operative. Mr. Prashant Choubey at the reception, Mr. Matish (GM) and Mr. Eugene Pareira have been of great help throughout the stay. This place is nearby to railway station and very affordable. The services they provide is worth the price paid. I am very satisfied and recommend it to others as well.
