Hotel Palm Tree Home Stay

I don't understand how this homestay got 5 star reviews. Our stay was far from happy and pleasant. 1) Hot water was not available, and I had to bathe in cold water even though I was suffering from cold and fever. 2) The dustbins were not cleaned at all. It was full upto the brim which was not ours, this is so disgusting!! 3) The other room bedsheets were dirty, it was smelly and filled with hairs !! 4) The bathroom comode was so bad, it was soo unclean ! 5) There are no hooks in bathroom to hand clothes , and no mat. The floor was very slippery !! 6) The owner kept calling us where we was, until it frustrated us. We told that we would arrive late night at 1, but kept disturbing us calling every 1 hour. 7) Upon arrival at 1.30am we asked the assistant to clean the bathroom , give us a clean bedsheet. We were dying to sleep and did all this !! Just avoid this homestay, there are many hotel in Jabalpur if you are on a budget.

Amazing stay at Hotel Palm Tree Home Stay! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff behavior was very polite and helpful. Location is peaceful and perfect for family stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for budget-friendly and comfortable stay.

1. The room was unclean and had a strong foul smell. 2. The dustbin hadn’t been emptied, and there were hairs all over the bedsheet. 3. Hot water was not available. 4. The washroom lacked even basic facilities like a rod to hang clothes. 5. The commode was not cleaned and was in a condition that felt extremely unhygienic. 6. Additionally, the owner kept calling repeatedly before our arrival, which was unnecessary and intrusive Over all a very bad experience and don’t come to this hotel if you want your visit to be ruined
