Hotel Satya Ashoka

Stayed in their Elite room but it was not value for money. Though the room was newly done but looked like it was not complete. Had to get the room cleaned thoroughly, the washroom was in used condition when we checked in, there was no table to have food. When we asked for a table we got an old table (pic enclosed). No option for hangers to hang clothes....

Don't ever. Book. It. Room wasn't available when we reached so they MADE one room available when the booking was for 2 , the deluxe rooms , please not worth the price never in 1000, years and ofcourse Tue management is just as bad as the service is

Satya Ashoka hotel is the one of the best hotel in the Jabalpur.Rooms are very good neat and clean with all amenities.Washrooms are very neat and clean with all amenities.Room service is available here and the service is superb.Food and drinks are served here are very delicious and tasty. Ambiance of the hotel is very pretty and beautiful. Staff of the hotel is very prompt, well behaved and supportive. One plus point is that the hotel is situated in the centre of the city. Very good for wedding and any type of celebration. Worth visiting place.

We stayed there in December 23’. One of our group member by mistake left her jacket there by mistake.. we contacted them n they confirmed that it’s there only n we asked them to get it couriered n we were even willing to pay them the courier charges.. they agreed but didn’t get it couriered.. we kept on contacting them n they kept on stalling giving different reasons.. n then stopped taking our calls. Since then there’s no response frm them..

Rooms are spacious ,good and hygienic rooms. Well maintained services .Quick service staff. Liked the front office mr. Nitin and santosh their coursey. Very good staff. I visit just because of their warm welcome. They offer pick n drop from station.

I attended a three-day marriage event at this hotel with my family, and it was a disaster from start to finish. Firstly, the food served was not only tasteless but also left us all with severe food poisoning. It was a nightmare spending the entire event feeling sick and nauseated. The rooms were in appalling condition, with a stench that could make anyone gag. It seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in ages, and the beds were uncomfortable and unkempt. The hotel staff were utterly clueless and seemed to have an IQ lower than room temperature. They were unresponsive to our complaints about the conditions and showed no initiative to improve anything. The marriage decoration was laughably pathetic. It was evident that no effort or thought had been put into it whatsoever. Basic things like providing chairs for the bride and groom were completely overlooked, making the event even more chaotic and uncomfortable. Overall, I would strongly advise against anyone considering this hotel for any event or stay. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of money. Steer clear if you value your sanity and well-being.

I stayed here a week and found that the stay is awesome staff behaviour and services are excellent.they offer breakfast in maurya restaurant tasty and finger licking.loved the services. Mr. Mandal was helpful .hotelis located centrally in the heart.
