We was very happy along with this hotel and supportive staff specially Riya Anjali Gaurav all are too good and very sweet behavior restaurant food is so testy and front office manager is so coprative and sweet.. I want to come next time sure and meet riya anjali and Gaurav also Sarvesh he is too nice person

Everything is well maintained and hygienic. Location is good and all the staff mambers are well mannered. From the staff Mr. Piyush Sharma is such a kind person, his behaviour with us is very nice. Very nice management. Great food and hygienic room. We're happy to visit. Thanks.

Stayed here for 2 nights in April 2025. Recently opened - in March 2025. Superb rooms. Very cozy and comfortable. The grey and wooden color scheme is soothing and gives a premium look. The lighting in the rooms needs to appreciated - kudos to the designer. Ample parking space. Checkin process was smooth. House keeping is efficient and responsive too. Piyush and Gaurav took good care of us during our stay. The restaurant offers a pretty wide range of items. Since it was early days, the staff was still under training I think, leading to a few good ups. The buffet breakfast was yet to be started, so they offered a la carte for the same, with plenty of options to choose from. The food was good, though the service could've been a little faster. The location / it's situated a little away from the town, but since it's a smaller town anyways, distances won't matter match, especially if you have your own car. Managed by the Sayaji group, so the standards are pretty good. Definitely worth giving it a shot when in Neemuch.

I really liked the way of welcome here and the hotel is very good, specially the front office Riya Verma and her nature, the communication is very lovely, Sarvesh Shukla is very good and the cooperative staff is very good.
