Worst service ever seen in my life ....never ever stay in this hotel ...they have stolen my charger and earphone. When We complained about this ...they started fighting with us. #patheticservice

It was my first and will be last time spending time ,they don't even provide proper room services ,it was bad The AC was not working,even though I have complained they weren't taking any proper actions

Very bad service is provide by the reception satff, when i checked in 18/03/2024 at something 2:00AM, the person says that he is giving the GST Bill with printed invoice, but when i checked out next days at 19/03/2024, the another person says that we don't have system or conputer, so we will can't provide, he is just said if have done payment so if you want bill so this is manual bill what i give you, or if you don't want so go to hell, So i requested to every single person please don't go this hotel,

Room service meal was very tasty. Room has a small balcony which is a good surprise. Staff were extremely helpful to direct me to places in town and for anything I need. Recommend

Rooms are very Clean neat and Tidy Location is next to Collector Office Roadside parking which is So Annoying. Manager is not Trustworthy Man doing fake promise. Not a healthy conversation with him. Ac not working. But they charged for Ac room Manager Voice change when he Saw my Car registrations plate ie Maharashtra passing car. Using goon's language

The rooms are cheaper here but service is not upto the mark.. the butler normally forgot the things you asked for and you need to wait for long even for a small request. Remotes for AC and TV are not working and every time you need to ask reception to on the AC. Power backup is also not there for the load and while cutoff only fan runs for 1 hour maximum. Hotel is good for those looking for a cheaper deal. The food quality is good for those who prefere simple food like home is the best part for surya hotel. If they trained their workers it will be better for their business.

Although the rooms are good and spacious and clean but had a bad experience with the staff and the manager. There is no communication between the manager and the staff regarding the amenities. Every other guy imposes rules of their own.
