OYO 48533 Hotel Aarna Palace

I stayed in this lodge and had very bad experience. Point 1. No hot water. Point 2. No clean water because water tank is not clean. Point 3. Room boy takes money for order and enter in ledger book the expenses on me. Point 4. Room boy take money to bring order and uses for his own expenses too. Point 5. They do change the bed sheet and pillow cover even after 8 days. We have to stand in front of him and ask him to change the bed sheet. Point 6. They bring the food order and tell us if you cannot eat this much alone, give/ share it to me(room boy). Point 7. No proper TV and Channels too. Point 8. No proper floor cleaning in room. They clean improperly in my absence and do not lock the room door. So much negligence.

Unprofessional and pathetic service. Asked for payment during stay before checkout even though we paid booking advance. Rooms are good since it's new. Personal advice: You can only fill two buckets of water before their overhead tank dries out then you need to ring the bell then they will run motor and you will get another 2 buckets. Strictly not advised for marriage functions, as there are already a lot of things to be taken care but hotel management will keep ringing you up and ask you to pay the due a day before the checkout. Lifts get stuck often but didn't get locked inside.

It was very bad when I visited to hotel I asked to reception first I will check the room condition after that I will book the room when I entered into the room it was worst condition bad smells and they was charging 1500. I have many more place like Rewa there is Hotel Surya they charge 1090 and the service was excellent. So I was expecting for Arna Palace they charging 1500 definitely it will be best but I was wrong. It was worst condition so I denied to check in hotel.

We visited Katni from Jabalpur via train and had booked this hotel as it was close to railway station. It was indeed a steal deal considering their quality of rooms and standard of service. Highly recommended!

This is the worst hotel towards nature of Hotel owner as he use filthy language & threatens his guest of dire consequences. They book rooms from the guests at low price & after check out charge more rent. The owner behave alike a GUNDA & use abusive language.

Undoubtedly the worst hotel in the world..The hotel person had denied to provide us room even though I have shown him the proof of online booking..Mr Aditya Jain seem to be the landlord of the hotel, this guy was horrendous in his behavior..Even the staff members were not at all courteous in their behavior..overall they all betrayed me..I request you all never ever visit this place..not at all trustworthy !

Worst behaviour from hotel owner.. i have never came across such behaviour from any hotel staff.. not at all cooperative.. caused us so much inconvenience through oyo booking.. there is so much lack of communication between oyo and hotel staff.. worst experience

No clean bedsheet no clean washroom mosquitos are like hell smoking smells are like pot housePlease don’t stay This hotel is good for maybe bus drivers
