Hotel Lotus Inn Katni

They canceled my booking even after receiving the payment. I had booked the room in this hotel and given an advance amount for the booking. They confirmed me the booking and when we reached there at 1 am at night they just tell me that sorry we had no rooms available. And the problem was they were saying that the owner had taken some booking of other person even after I had clarified that I will be reaching the hotel at late night. This is the worst hotel I had ever seen. Even after paying the money they are not even taking care of their customers. Worst hotel experience ever..

We 5 person stayed on way from Varanasi to Nagpur at Katni, located inside market area can park 2 or 3 cars, rooms are good, overall good experience
