Hotel Pankaj Palace

Decent rooms, good food, ok services and good location (near to railway station, city mall and market) . If you are not looking for anything too luxurious & want to stay in a decent clean space in Katni, it’s a good place to be in. Breakfast which is included in your tariffs is good (with some restrictions though) . I would say always take the breakfast included option here!

The worst hotel I ever seen. They don't care about the customer, only running the hotel for making money. I booked through IBIBO, for 2 guests @ 2570/ for two days. The checkin time was 12:00pm n check out time was also 12:00 pm, we reached hotel at 9:27 PM and my two relatives came to meet us and stayed in hotel for 30 mints. We check out at 10:30 AM and During the checkout time, The hotel Manager Sarat Mishra, and another staff arrogantly misbehaved with us and told us to pay Rs.1600 extra money because you used Our toilet. No guests are allowed to the hotel, if anyones guest will come then The staffs will ask for money for using the toilet as if it’s a sulav Sochalay. I do not understand how it been a three star hotel which is a disgrace. The behavior of hotel staff is extremely rude and terrible also the room service is so poor they’re not cleaning the room properly. Stay away from this. hotel. I feel so angry and misled. Hope my review goes some way to save others from being ripped off.

I was a week before to stay in this hotel if any your lady relative or friend want to meet you in the room. front office manager not allowed them to up to the room very embarrassing situation. very rough behavior although room service is quiet good but charges are very high restaurant menu is costly and late delivery .

Located very near say approx 100m from Katni Railway station and bang opposite to Big Bazaar and City mall. 24 hours check-out time. Good service. Everyday newspaper is delivered in the room. Staff is courteous and prompt in service.

see guys ! the hotel is ok with budget. rates are within 1000-1500. the restaurent is quiet over pricey. the tadka daal is really gud there. it wd be better if you eat outside. there are so many restaurents whoo serve gud food especially non veg.||cheers

The hotel lies in the heart of city , just 2 min walking distance from Railway Station. Local people call this hotel as one of the best hotel to stay in. However this hotel is pathetic , Rooms are worse even suites are. Unprofessional staff , front manager was abusing call boy right on top of his voice that too infront of us.||We checked in Deluxe room , which was in pathetic condition and the toilet was in extreme worse condition , floor was dirty and the toilet seat has stains it feels like puking. I Decided to move to suite anticipating it to be better but to my surprise suite was pathetic it does not looks like a room it seems it is dance floor. The hotel has elevated one portion of room and has laid an oridinary mattress on the floor. Food quality is extremely worse and this added my grievances and anger.||Must say extremely bad hotel , not to choose this hotel otherwise your stay will be nightmare.Katni has MP Tourism’s hotel though its little far but I advice to choose that instead of choosing any other hotel.

Rooms are good but no discount and no proper way of charges for 24 hrs checkout. Apply full charges for extra 4 hrs. Just unbelievable way of talk. Not recommended for next stay
