"I stayed at Radhika Hotel in Katni for 2 days, and it was a disappointing experience from start to finish. When I checked in, I asked for a corporate discount and was assured it would be applied at the final billing. However, during check-out, they outright denied it, saying the discount had to be requested at check-in, which was contrary to what they'd told me. Their response was that it could be looked into 'next time,' which felt dismissive and frustrating. To make matters worse, the staff's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. After repeated requests for assistance, they all left the reception area, forcing me to carry my own luggage. I also complained three times about the unclean wash basin, but nobody ever came to address it. I wouldn't recommend staying here due to the poor service, lack of accountability, and unprofessional staff. Very disappointing experience."

My stay is 3 days (Mr Sonu) behaviour like underrated and uneducated, hotel is good , all employees are good but Mr Sonu not maintained your rule and regulations, I request plz action quickly then they break your reference . Thankyou

We used marriage hall and lawn for engagement, it's good. Food taste require little improvement. Rest of the facilities are excellent

I am not suggested anyone to stay here. I give -5 Star for the hotel, Because They treated me like I was staying in their hotel for free, his Employee Are come In my room and says that, Pay your bill my manager is calling you, I am said that i am come after 15 minutes, than i pay, but he says that, NO, Pay your bill now if not paid than i throw your item outside, than i go in lobby, so the managar is also misbehaved with me. Also asking extra 1600 amount of food, which is already included in Bill. I am very disappointed with the staff, also said that after this time i can't stay in this hotel.

Good hotel of Katni really good as per their reasonable tariff. Highly recommend.

I stayed there on Dec.10, 2023. This hotel has a nice reception area – and that is ALL that is nice about it. Maintenance of rooms is very very poor. In my room only one light out of 3 was working. In the bathroom, a window louvre is removed for carrying electrical wires, leaving a free passage for mosquitoes to fly in. The wash basin had 4 cracks, and when I got the room, its platform was full of dirty water and a melting soap. The towel I got (on asking) was completely damp. The fan swung wildly at all speeds. The manager at front desk was unhelpful and impolite. Breakfast menu is very frugal and service doesn’t start before 8am. The only plus point is its closeness to Katni bus stand if you are using bus service. I would rate this hotel as 2.5/5-star. No wonder it has been rated as 2-star by many.

This is not a hotel. Even a lodge or guest house is better. Full day the staff keeps shouting on each other. U can't take rest in ur room. I stayed for 5 days without proper sleep. 1 am 3am no difference they keep discussing something stupid in loud voices Then I shifted to Grand Meridian hotel. Both hotels have same owners but completely different experience. Meridian was just 300 rs more expensive than Radhika. But worth it I stayed total 35 days there. Very comfortable stay. If you want peace .....plz don't go to this radhika hotel

Best in town. Well maintained and close to bus station is an added advantage. Rooms are clean with necessary ambience. Has wifi connection one can get the password at the reception. Restaurant serve good food at affordable price
