HOTEL BRIJWASI ROYAL

Just about okay, rooms are spacious but food is not. I had ordered alu pratha they served the same with sauce with cockroaches on it. I stayed there for 2 days and took dinner in another restaurants. Staff cleaned the room but towel was not replaced old used glass was still there and no dustbin in the room. Still giving 2 stars.

Room phone not working , window curterns so poor street lights are getting in the room at mid night with the fly over above ur head , calls from google number but no answer for any room service

Such a pathetic hotel so poor service I just asked for a water bottle of rs 10 only and they denied straight in an insulting way even after having their so called... No existence of humanity is there in the hotel very poor service I won't suggest any one to go to this place.

Fine hotel to stay staff was also good and services were also fine. I had face some problem during checkout otherwise a normal not too good to visit. The view from the hotel was not great or even good and the room were also a little bit concise. If you want to spent merely 1-2 days then it's a good hotel.

Clean and a decent place to stay in Katni. Highly recommended for business and leisure traveller. It is strategically located closer to station yet not far from other key places like market and other goverment offices. The staff was quite courteous and helpful. The manager was friendly and well mannered.

This is really a good hotel to be found in a small town of Katni. I was there on a family vacation, it was a good experience. They know how to make the guest smile and satisfied with their services. However the restaurant is not available, and which is really not a big deal. You can tell the hotel to buy you food from outside and they are happy to oblige the same. Manager and staff are really helpful.
