Hotel Plaza

Very old hotel. Amenities and hygiene is not so good. Can be treated as last option. Also the reviews are fake. They give any arbitrary reasons to save themselves from bad reviews.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. And luxury rooms that give luxurious feel I love this hotel nd food

NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. I REPEAT NEVER. The owner has no adequates, they don't know how to respect, Rooms were very dirty and bathroom were like total dump. They just want money

Yeah it's a bit of a dump! Filthy dirty Indian room that looks nothing like the photos on here. We were only staying whilst we waited for our night train to Varanasi. Ended up paying more (Rs600) because we reserved a room. We were offered many rooms at Rs 350 as we walked to Hotel Plaza which Im sure would have been the same or better. It's a little bit out of town but not much And the guy just had the audacity to email me asking to leave a '10/10' review for all aspects of the property on Agoda, hilarious!

Hotel Plaza is a nice guest house, with clean rooms and fair prices. It has a nice balcony and an upcoming rooftop terrace and restaurant. It is at walking distance from the bus stand, shops, restaurants and of course the temples!|The owner is a really great and funny person who treats you as his guest. You can ask him for help or something you need and he will get it for you.|We had a great time!

Worst hotel No facility bad behaviours of staff. All good reviews you see are paid reviews so do not believe in them.

Worst hotel room experience ever! Dirty and smelly rooms, no power backup, ineffective AC which turned off randomly at times (someone would switch off the AC switch from some panel outside). We had 2 rooms with same deal, one room was okay, but the other was too bad. Seems like he gave us a lower quality room than what was booked online. On top of that, the same room was sold at the same time to another customer, had a great amount of confusion for half an hour in the afternoon, after which the other customer had to settle for partial refund and find his way to some other hotel! No privacy, everyone could hear whats going on in other rooms and anywhere else.
