The shrine hotel

Firstly let's talk about good part of hotel, location was good, clean rooms and staff was supportive. Now the major cons that I faced about the management of services were, I specifically booked room including breakfast. While booking hotel room, Mr. Vivek said our kitchen and resturant is under construction but it will be ready before our booking dates. On our arrival (14/11/2024) the reception manager said, we have only tea and coffee facility nothing else, but he assured breakfast will be available we will arrange as breakfast charges were included in the bill. On (15/11/2024) morning we went for darshan and I said we will be back by 9:00 Am kindly ensure breakfast is ready as I was traveling alongwith family and children. But on our return he said Sir sorry Mr. Vivek and his management team doesn't send any breakfast, I called him he said We Will arrange and after that I just saw the pathetic, unsupportive management running away from answering my questions. I didn't expect any refund or other favours, what I needed is simply a timely information so that my parents and children don't suffer. I don't wish to malign Hotel's name and fame, I patiently waited for couple of days and today I am writing just because There is no response from hotel admitting their fault. They will not answer your calls or text message. Kindly don't trust these people about breakfast and yes this nature may also extend to other services they provide. I will surely take legal action against the management of Shrine Hotel, Omkareshwar.

Absolutely Amazing Stay at The Shrine Hotel! I had the most wonderful experience at The Shrine Hotel in Omkareshwar during my visit on 7th October 2024. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the Omkareshwar temple, which made our visit incredibly convenient. The rooms were immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food served was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and flavorful options that really enhanced our stay. The staff here is exceptional, always attentive and welcoming. A special mention to the hotel manager, who went out of his way to make our stay smooth and memorable. His helpfulness and warm hospitality made us feel truly cared for throughout our visit. Our time here felt almost magical, an unforgettable moment filled with peace and joy. If you are looking for a serene, comfortable, and well-serviced hotel near Omkareshwar temple, I highly recommend The Shrine Hotel. My visit was limited to requesting access to their washroom. The person I spoke to not only allowed my young daughter access to a clean room there was not a single indication that he was doing us a favour. Amazing staff, thank you guys.

I have stayed over a night and the staff is so friendly . I had experienced amazing food there . I would recommend people to choose this place and must try their veg food :)

A luxurious hotel with a nice restaurant situated just adjacent to SBI & M.P gramin bank in Omkareshwar. Well- behaved courtesious staff really are it's gems❤️

Hotel Shrine is a thief hotel and its entire staff is stolen and the management is also involved. Our family went to the hotel and in the hotel they stole money from the purse. Even the manager did not respond to it.
