If you ask me with respect to Morena, rating 3 justifies, but overall I would rate it 1-2.
The hotel rooms are ok, though not big. The only problem here is staff switches off the lift and water supply at night and in morning you have to wake them up to start all this again. The staff is helpful.
There are no options nearby for food or no restraunts around. It's about a km from station and one can stay here for a quick break

Not a good hotel. Rooms and services not according as per price. Usually lift is off due to power. Almira in room is not in good condition. Water supply is not good. Overall not good hotel as per their tariff. They told that they discounted 1800/- room to 1200/- but in reality 1200/- is also much more for this hotel. Lighting is not proper. No one is concern if power and water supply is intruptted. Unskilled staff working there.

Very bad hotel. Poor service. They even denied to provide towels as the towels are not available. This should not happen for a hotel. You should atleast provide basic amenities in the hotel. Also, electricity is not continuous, sometimes you have to live in lot of heat as AC and fan will not work for long time.

I wish there could be an option for negative stars. Pathetic hotel Pathetic rooms Pathetic staff Pathetic food There is not a single thing that I can write good about it. Infact they have problem with what you do in your rooms. If you want to stay here make sure to follow these points: Dont drink Dont laugh Dont talk Or i would say, dont talk to each other or they will call you and tell you to shut up.

One the best hotel in Morana. Good and fast service. Open parking at own risk. Lift available in hotel. Nice and clean rooms with attached bathroom. Polite n good behaviour of staffs.

Good place but it's location is very bad. It neither near the railway station not the bus station and even the road on which it situated is in very poor condition.

Hotel is fine but the amenities are very bad. Washroom was dirty, no water available. AC was not working and food was also OK.
