Hotel Madan Palace

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. Don't go with online photos. Staff also not supportive. Hotel owner & his friends drinking liquor & cigarette in front of reception. Not safe for ladies. Room & bathroom is very dirty 🤑. Please think hundred times before booking this hotel.

Horrible service hotel staff not support bathroom flush not working very bad smell coming wall leakage water not coming staff behaviour like local Gunda don't go this hotel any one after multiple complain staff saying if u book online hotel not support our staff. I'm requesting don't book online like Go ibebo

Never had such horrible experience anywhere. This hotel must have topped the worst hospitality list. All positive reviews are fake and posted by hotel staff. Hotel management is so eager to fight with their customers, that they might just invite customers and fight with them. Rooms quality is poorest, dirty floor, washrooms are aweful. Services are worst case scenario, they have the guts to ask you to carry your luggage to third and even fourth floor and let me tell you secret that they don't have the lift. They don't have towels, or even water in rooms. Rooms do quite smell of cigarettes. There's no one at reception. They will only be found when they are asking for money. Worst thing was owners keep commenting on family members and their request like luggage shifting and water bottles. Don't embarrass yourself to visit this place

Very Bad administration and hotel. Hotel Manager provide low taarif rate initially and after booking increase the price. Behaviour are also not good. Rooms are very dirty, hot water arrangement not done by managrment. Zero rating is provided from our side for services and accommodation.

The less the said.. the better... Mosquitos, insects, unhygeinic, unwashed bedsheets and pillow covers,and everything worse you can imagine, the room might look good in pictures but that's the worse part as you won't know wat u gonna get..

This place has been revamped and become one of the good hotels to stay in Hoshangabad. It has decent rooms and suites, room service is quick, toilets are clean and tidy.

Just outside looks are good, ac rooms stinks difficult to sleep. Very bad service, they don't care for customers. Only plus is location, very near to railway station.

Hotel madan palace is best place to stay in Hoshangabad. very neat and clean hotel near to railway station & Bus stand.kindly behaviour of all staff.i was stay there approx 15days no problem at all.
