Good Hotel, service is too fast , Hotel staff behavior is excellent excellent food and most important the behavier of the staff was very good. Situated at prime location.... Near to all local amenities... Tasty food... Responsive staff... Cozy and upscale... Overall good experience 👍

We were there only to dine in. The food took about an hour to arrive and was not good in taste.

◆◆Pathetic◆◆ 1. A/C doesn’t work at all, if you complaint they will turn on for few minutes. 2. Flush didn’t work well. 3. Everything is rusty and old with lot of cobwebs. 4. Cleanliness is so pathetic, even after room service toilet was stinking. 5. We booked for 2 days but had to checkout after 2-3 hours only. 6. Linens were dirty , dirty towels were stuffed in wardrobes. 7. Small cockroaches were there in closet, underneath bed so much dust was there. No thorough cleaning of rooms before the guest come. 8. owner is so rude ,when asked for cleaning , he misbehaved with us even after paying the money in advance.

Ekdum Bakwaas Paisa Barbaad Poora , Overpriced. 100/- Rs. ki Chij Ka 250/- Rs. Lete Hain . They Make You Fools by Show Old Menu Card with Less Price . And the Time of Payment they will Show you New Menu Card with Higher Price . Totally worst place the staff is dumb and the lady manager is soo cringe The food of restaurant and the Cafe Tera is third class and they charge a lot for that taste less food Don’t ever think of visiting there, may this restaurant close soon.

Checked in and found the bathroom dirty. Upon requesting the hotel manager to clean the bathroom we received harsh reply that we won't clean until 12 noon. They misbehaved and asked to leave the premises. It is a disgrace to hear such things from a hotel staff. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Ok ok. I would recommend it if no option is available with you. Staff here is also average.one good thing you can point here could be breakfast and lunch. I have tried dosa here and it was tasty. Some things can be improved from welcome to delivering servics it could improve one more star

Pathetic food, for one of family function i told them to arrenge food.they served food which were smelling so bad when I complainted they simply told ur budget was low. They ruined my function and everyone's mood. Don't take risk for big function. They will not even accept their mistakes.

Under average rooms with high rates. Bathroom was most awfull to take a bath. Bed was also in a worst condition & took a high rate although owner was with a good behaviour but overall experience to stay was not at all pleasurable...
