1. Higher prices with respect to facilities. 2. Charging INR 120 for breakfast which shall be complimentary. And compared to price, breakfast quality is not up to mark and very less menu options. 3. Poor DTH service. Only free channels available. 4. After complaining number of times, wifi facility was not working. 5. Room cleanliness is not good. 6. No hot water available.

Its ok. Actually Hoshangabad have only few hotels of this quality. Although I would like to tell you that If you have stayed in OYOs or some other hotel chains. You may not like it. But my reviews are always related to other hotels in same city. I stayed in Executive room , rooms are spacious but hotels didn't gave complimentary breakfast. Not even a water bottle is complimentary. I dont understand why these people (hotel owners) cant afford a 20Rs water bottle per room per day. Rooms are on costlier side. The fist price which was offered was 1600 per room which is relatively very high. However I was offered room with some discount. Rooms are decent. However housekeeping is not good. Towels and bedsheets are not changed daily. Overall I would rate is Ok. If you need to stay in hoshangabad, you may prefer the hotel , but dont expect too much on services and complimentary items.

Poor service unsupportive and arrogant staff. They start blaming the customers when they perform a mistake. The staff disturbs u as a customer even at odd hours. They ring bells at mid night around 12-1 just to make u sign the bills. Even the sleep mattresses are of such a poor quality that it gives u back pain just in one night's sleep. "NOT A PREFERABLE" hotel to stay at.

Nice location. Room's are good and clean. Service are not good. No professional experience staff. TV are olny show peace mostly Room's TV are not working. If staff and services are improving by owner Hotel are good .

Higher charge but no any complementary items. Not even water. TV not working properly No WiFi. Even after number of complaints. Pathetic room cleaning services. Breakfast is chargeable. Breakfast and dinner quality ok ok.

I had never experienced this kind of worst service in my life. Hotelier is very unprofessional and staff is also like the same. They refused to take confirm booking.suggest to not do any deal.

Rooms in hotel is of good standard. Nice furniture work done. Spacious room with interior design and hospitality is good

We have found this hotel during our trip by a full hazard |A good typical Indian hotel|The welcome has been good|The room are clean and spacious |On the morning the staff has been very good as they served to us a breakfast early|I recommend this hotel
