While the property is huge and also provides accommodation, with basic rooms (don't expect anything out of ordinary) it was the behavior of the owner which was a HUGE let down. Around 8AM in morning, asked to get the room checked out (told that it was supposed to be 7AM, without any prior intimation), and upon telling may need another 15 odd min, bluntly retorted with levying another day charges. On being told to do, he raised his voice - almost shouting - in a demeaning way! Have not seen anything like this ever in any part of World. Giving damn with any virtue around customer centricity!
